Use in Smoobu

To make a booking request and subsequently a booking, it is necessary to provide your contact information. You only need to fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (first name, last name, street, house number, postal code, city), as well as the data concerning the booking (e.g. period of stay, number of persons). In addition, we store your booking date and time. Any additional information (note) is not mandatory.

Duration of storage

After complete processing of the contract, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, thereafter taking into account statutory, in particular tax and commercial law retention periods and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Use of web fonts from MyFonts

We use web fonts from “myfonts.com”, a font service provided by MyFonts lnc (“myfonts.com”), 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA on our website. MyFonts provides licensed fonts that can be embedded on Internet pages. For billing and license control purposes, when our website is called up, at least their IP address, date and time of call-up or technical data of the end device is transmitted to servers of Myfonts.

Revocation of consent:

No option for a simple opt-out or blocking of data transmission is currently offered by the provider.

Use of MapBox

(1) We use MapBox API, a service provided by MapBox Inc (address: 740 15th Street NW, 5th Floor, Washington, District of Columbia 20005, USA) hereinafter only referred to as “MapBox”. (3) When you call up one of our Internet pages in which the MapBox service is integrated, MapBox stores a cookie on your end device via your Internet browser. This transfers information about your use of our website, including your IP address, to a MapBox server in the USA and stores it there. This data is processed for the purpose of displaying the website or ensuring the functionality of the MapBox service.
